The kitchens are located on the ground floor of the main building. They are equipped with modern facilities, and meals are prepared under excellent sanitary conditions. The received raw materials of animal and plant origin are strictly checked by specialized scientists before their use.

For meal preparation, only extra virgin olive oil is used.

Additionally, kitchens operate under the responsibility of the PFL, in Taxiarchis Halkidiki and Pertouli Trikala, for the students of the Department of Forestry and Natural Environment during the summer months.
