The Health Care Department handles issues related to the provision of health services to the students of A.U.Th.:

1. Clinical examination (diagnosis-treatment).
2. Provision of first aid.
3. Conducting vaccinations.
4. Information and organization of seminars and provision of consulting services to students on health education issues.
5. Communication with hospitals and clinics.
6. Keeping the necessary data and records.
7. Issuance of the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) for uninsured students who are about to travel to EU countries.
8. Control of expenses for sickness and medical care benefits for eligible students in EU countries based on Form E125.
